How can I pay?
Extasia accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express only. On orders over $500, we will charge your credit card a 25% deposit before we begin production on your order. On orders over $1000, we will charge a 50% deposit before production begins. The balance will be charged when we are ready to ship.

When can I expect my jewelry?
All Extasia jewelry is custom made to order. We do our best to ship within 7 days of receipt of your order. If we are out of stock on any item we will notify you via e-mail.

Where's my order?
If you do not receive shipment confirmation from UPS within 7 days, please call Joanne at (530) 292-9151 for status on your order.

Will I get a receipt?
An invoice will arrive with your order.

Returns/exchanges/damages
Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged. For orders received damaged, you must call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry you may return any unworn and undamaged item within 2 weeks of receipt and we will re-credit your credit card. Again, you must call for a RA #. We do not accept merchandise back without an RA # and after this time period or merchandise which has been damaged by the customer or visibly worn.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

What service do you use to ship?
All orders are shipped UPS insured, ground unless you state another preference.

International Shipping
Due to an exclusive distribution contract, we do not sell or ship our products to European Continent (MGAHamburg online). Outside of European Continent, we will send your order by one of the following methods.
1. UPS Standard (Canada only)
Insured and trackable. Estimated delivery time is four to seven business days. Cost is $12-$20 depending upon weight and value of merchandise.
2. UPS International
Insured and trackable. Estimated delivery time is five to seven business days. Cost is $20-$100 depending upon location and value of merchandise. In some rural areas, UPS assesses an additional fuel surcharge of up to $30 that will be passed on to our customer.
3. International Priority Mail Insured
(Orders with a value of $100 or less are not insured except by request.) Estimated delivery time is six to ten business days. Cost is about $20 for the first pound and about $5 per additional pound. Orders with a value over $100 are insurable at $3.30 for the first $100 plus $.90 for each additional $100. Claims for loss or damage are filed with the U.S. Postal Service and may require up to 60 days to investigate and settle.

Extasia will choose a suitable delivery method for orders submitted without a reasonable selection.

Extasia reserves the right to pass on the cost of delivery for extra weight, merchandise value insured, and fuel surcharges.

Shipping costs may not include duty, taxes, or import fees charged by the receiving country.
