New from the Rare Materials Collection, our hand-carved ivory skull ring in an oxidized Sterling Silver setting. Carved skull is under 1/2 inch wide. Carved into the metal setting are small Fleur de Lis motifs on each side of the ring shank. The scull represents mortality, and was meant to encourage virtuous living--Memento Mori--the Latin phrase for Remember You Shall Die. Scull jewelry was also worn in Victorian times as Mourning Jewelry, during the period of bereavement. Our ivory is US certified fossil ivory from ancient Mammoth deposits. These hand-carved items may sometimes require a slightly longer delivery time, in rare cases up to 4 weeks. Oxidized Sterling Silver. Also available in regular Sterling Silver.

New color for our acorn motif ring. Substantial ring with acorn motif on the sides. Hand-pressed Jasper German glass cameo. Our new jasper is a marbled glass stone, in brick to cranberry with some gold tones. Each stone varies slightly.
