All Extasia jewelry is custom made, one piece at a time. Please allow
up to 2 weeks for delivery before you check your order status. To check
your order status after 2 weeks, you can e-mail our production manager
How to Order
You can place your order on line with our Shopping Bag and secure checkout,
or order over the phone. Please be sure to have your style numbers, shipping
and credit card information handy when you phone in your order to (530)
Shipping Methods & Payments
We ship all orders via UPS ground or second day. Cost of shipping is
added to your bill. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation when your order is placed
and a shipping confirmation from UPS on the day we ship it out.
Extasia ships to all foreign countries internationally via UPS, Air Mail
Parcel Post, or Global Priority Mail. Shipping costs vary, so you may
check with us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, for an estimate of costs
prior to placing your order. Your credit card will be billed for both
merchandise and shipping costs when you place your order.
Extasia charges sales tax on all orders shipped within California.
Returns and Exchanges
Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged.
For orders received damaged, you must call for a Return Authorization
number (RA#) within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not
100% satisfied with your jewelry you may return any unworn and undamaged
item within 2 weeks of receipt and we will re-credit your credit card.
Again, you must call for a RA #. We do not accept merchandise back without
an RA # and after this time period or merchandise which has been damaged
by the customer or visibly worn.
