Check Status

All Extasia jewelry is handmade, one piece at a time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery before you check your order status. To check your order status after 2 weeks, you can e-mail our web manager at: retailsales@extasia.com.

How to Order

You can place your order online with our Shopping Cart and secure checkout. If you want to order by phone, please be sure to have your style numbers, shipping choice, and billing information handy when you call. We take phone orders on Tuesdays 8:30 to 4:30 PST.

Shipping Methods & Payments

We ship all orders via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Cost of shipping, if any, is added to your bill. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal payments to the address: liz@extasia.com.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped.

International Orders

Extasia ships to many foreign countries. Refer to Shipping Prices Table.
International shipping costs may not include duty, taxes, or import fees charged by the receiving country.

Sales Tax

Extasia charges sales tax on retail orders shipped within California.

Returns and Exchanges

Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged. For orders received damaged, you must call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry you may return any unworn and undamaged item within 1 week of receipt and we will refund your credit card. We do not accept merchandise without an RA number, or merchandise which has been damaged by the customer or visibly worn.
