All Extasia jewelry is handmade, one piece at a time. Please allow
up to 2 weeks for delivery before you check your order status. To check
your order status after 2 weeks, you can e-mail our web manager
How to Order
You can place your order online with our Shopping Cart and secure checkout,
or order over the phone. Please be sure to have your style numbers, shipping choice,
and billing information handy when you phone in your order to (530)
Shipping Methods & Payments
We ship all orders via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Cost of shipping, if any, is
added to your bill. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal payments to the address: email@example.com.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail when your order is placed
and a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped.
Extasia ships to most foreign countries via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Shipping costs vary, so you may
check with us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) for an estimate of costs
prior to placing your order. Your credit card will be billed for both
merchandise and shipping costs when we ship your order.
Extasia charges sales tax on retail orders shipped within California.
Returns and Exchanges
Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged.
For orders received damaged, you must call for a Return Authorization
number (RA#) within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not
100% satisfied with your jewelry you may return any unworn and undamaged
item within 2 weeks of receipt and we will refund your credit card.
We do not accept merchandise without an RA # after two weeks, or merchandise which has been damaged
by the customer or visibly worn.
